Yolanda Reinoso, an honorary member of "Casa de la Cultura Ecuatoriana" in the Literature section, has mainly published in Spanish; her Spanish work includes three novels and a collection of short stories: “Libertad en Jirones” (novel- 1998), “Muros de Papel” (short stories- 2000), “Días de Arena y Dátiles” (2006- novel: short listed for a literary prize in Ecuador), and the Spanish version of this site’s novel, “Luz de Atardecer en Dubai”.

 

The short story “Desde el Ventanal” was awarded with publication along with other authors in 2001 in Ecuador. Her short story “Desnudez” was selected and published by the literary journal Badlands at the Palm Desert Campus of California State University (2011).

Finally, the short memoir “El Aeropuerto más Bello del Mundo” (2014) was published in Spain as part of a collection created by author Julio Ortega.

The author continuosly writes articles for Spanish newspapers and magazines and is a permanent writer of articles for Revista Avance about her travels in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, etc.
